作法
1、梅干切碎或壓成泥,紫蘇葉捲起切成條狀
2、將梅泥鋪在鱸魚上放電鍋蒸
(我用costoco鱸魚片1/4杯水,看你的魚厚度做水量調整)
3、蒸好後灑上紫蘇葉
